Ca' del Brado Cuvée de Mugnega

Oak barrel-aged mixed-fermentation golden sour ale with apricots, fermented with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis yeast.

This sour ale is made by macerating freshly picked Orange Rubis apricots (50% of which are pitted) in a wild ale blend obtained by selecting some specific barrels previously inoculated with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, as well as the yeasts and bacteria present in the barrels.

It is characterized by a fragrant fruity bouquet of apricot, enriched by citrus, floral and funky notes.
