2021 harvest of our grapefruits this year to create a beer inspired by the classic Gose style beer of northern Germany. In the boil we add Indian coriander seeds and Himalayan pink salt then fermented with a blend of L. Plantarum and our house yeast blend. We then add our family farm-grown grapefruit zest and juice before finally adding a small dry hop of Ekuanot hops.
