Our friends H2ÖL Brewing traveled all the way from sunny Valencia to join us on a dark December day to brew this India Pale Lager. In true Valencian style we made a kind of Mexican lager malt base stuffed with Bomba rice from Valencia. Hopped with Lublin, Loral, Comet and Ekuanot. Half of this batch will travel down to Valencia and be drunken under the Spanish sun.
