Cerveza de estilo American Pale Ale. De color dorado y cuerpo medio, presenta una corona de espuma blanca y persistente. Su amargor medio es debido a 1a predominancia de11úpu1o equilibrado con notas dulces de la malta caramelo. Aromas cítricos, florales y frutales/tropicales.

Esta receta marida especialmente bien con comidas picantes (thai, tex mex, etc) y con ensaladas con vinagretas cítricas.
