Una delle poche incursioni nel mondo della bassa fermentazione made in Borgorose. Luppoli europei e luppoli americani per un Dry-Hopping con Simcoe, Warrior e Saaz. Più alcolica e corposa rispetto alle classiche pils, sorprende per la sua intensità rivelandosi esplosiva ma equilibrata. Una bionda “tosta” di cui vi innamorerete, proprio come la protagonista del romanzo di Willa Cather da cui prende il nome.

CRAK / Nøgne Ø NEIPA
NEIPA - New England IPA
Merge the heads of more brewers, share ideas, experiment new techniques and new ingredients without limits, cracking the rules, having fun and making what we love making the best of it. This is the goal of these Collaboration Beer.
NEIPA is an IPA characterized by a big haziness due to the different hopping technique used. This provide also a different mouthfeel, more creamy with a really low bitterness.
This beer was born from the recent collaboration with Stephen of Nøgne Ø, with which we joined forces and ideas to create a real “juice” of hops.
Baladin Nazionale
The first 100% Italian beer made with Italian ingredients. An intentionally simple beer: Italian water, barley malt, hops, yeasts and two Italian spices (bergamot and coriander) which combine to create harmony and originality. A beer which suggests more or less daring combinations, but more importantly marks a turning point in the Italian production of craft beer. Nazionale, is excellent as an aperitif and goes well with any dish.
