Maravillosa, acre, rebosa notas a cereza y piel de la misma, carbonatación muy justa, y nada dulzona como esas kriek elaboradas a base de jarabes y siropes.
Todo lo que sale de las manos de la familia Cantillon es oro, y esta Kriek es otro buen ejemplo. Rebosa a cereza, muy acre y astringente. Puede resultar un choque algo duro para quienes no están iniciados en las lámbicas de verdad (nada de jarabes etiquetados como lámbicas).
Sin ser aún un apasionado de las lámbicas, las kriek son imprescindibles y ésta sin duda es una esas que no debe faltar nunca en una mesa
