Certified Sustainable Centennial hops from Ryefield Hops in the brewhouse adds another layer of complexity. After fermentation and aging in ex-wine oak barrels with our unique house mixed-culture, the beer is dry-hopped with organic Nelson Sauvin hops from NZ and naturally conditioned in cans for several months. The result? A delightful aroma bursting with Meyer lemon, apricot, white grape, oak, and a hint of gooseberry.
