We've used a special Hydra yeast strain here that adds mango esters and leaves a lot of fullness ... with the sweetness. We brewed it using New Zealand Riwak and Motuek hops and Australian Eclipse . The whole thing is incredibly aromatic, fruity and with low bitterness.
