Comienza con una explosión de frescura cítrica, como esa capa crujiente y dorada bien sellada. Sigue con un corazón resinoso y dank, tan profundo como el sabor de una chuleta cocinada lentamente al calor de las brasas. Y en el centro, donde se esconde lo mejor, encontrarás un jugoso melange de frutas tropicales: piña, mango, fruta de la pasión… como un bocado tierno y suculento cuyo sabor perdura en el tiempo.

¿La textura? Inconfundible. Una deliciosa mezcla de maltas de cebada y avena que da a la cerveza esa densidad cremosa que define las Dobles IPAs de Basqueland.

The steak will be full of flavor–the perfect combination between rich beer flavor, salt, fat, char, smoke. The beer bursting with citrus freshness and a resinous, dank heart as deep and rich as the flavor of a steak slow-cooked over glowing coals. And at the center, where the best part lies, you’ll find a juicy mix of tropical fruits: pineapple, mango, passionfruit.

The texture? Unmistakable. A delicious blend of barley and oats gives this beer the creamy density that defines Basqueland’s Double IPAs.

Basquelanden 9. urteurrena ospatzeko Soma Beer-rekin lankidetzan erreta.

Oraingoan zerbait berezia prestatu dugu, parrillako artea zuzenean edalontzira eramaten duena. Imajinatu bikain erretako txuleta, bere hiru kolore-geruzekin… baina garagardo moduan.

Freskotasun zitrikoaren eztanda batekin hasten da, ondo zigilatutako geruza kurruskari eta urre kolorekoa. Tartean erretxina eta “dank” zaporeak, txingarren berotasunean astiro prestatutako txuleta baten zaporea bezain sakon. Eta erdian, onena ezkutatzen den lekuan, fruta-melange tropikal mamitsua aurkituko duzu: piña, mangoa, marakuia… denboran irauten duen mokadu samur eta goxo bat bezala.

Testura? Nahastezina. Garagar eta olo-malten nahasketa zoragarri batek Basquelanden IPA bikoitzak definitzen dituen dentsitate krematsu hori ematen dio garagardoari.
