Nobody expected these closures to last this long so we’re now giving all proceeds from All Together to the people who are sitting at home doing their bit and staying at home when they’d much rather be chatting to you over a beer at your local over a big juicy pint of Rollover. ⠀

For this one we’ve gone the NEIPA route with our friends, opting for our complimenting water profile and London Ale yeast and building a base of our Maris Otter, Irish Oats and German Carapils. We’ve stuck to the light addition of Columbus in the boil which we love and taken the opportunity to pack out our fancy special whirlpool with as much Mosaic and Cascade as we can fit in there before heading off to ferment and be dry hopped in two large charges with Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic and Cascade respectively.
