Waterloo Brewery Mont-St-Jean Saison Bio

A traditional, seasonal farm beer, Waterloo Saison Bio is brewed with organic barley and wheat.  The malted cereals add a slightly crisp, bready aroma with flora notes. The seasonal yeast used gives the typical dry character that is accompanied by mild clove notes. Organic Belgian hops add intense, persistent bitterness and delicate spice.
