A smooth Dark Mild, with warming roasted malt flavours and notes of caramel and burnt sugar.
Our Method
Let settle and keep cool for at least 4 hours (Preferably 12+)
Pour without venting (it will be lively)
As the flow slows, open the vent at the top - this will allow you to pour.
Close the vent and open it when you pour your beer - close it immediately after.
