We brew beer with surplus bread + give 100% of profits to the food waste charity Feedback, making Toast the best thing since, well, you know ... At the end of the day, we collect fresh, surplus bread from bakeries and sandwich manufacturers across London. We toast and mash it to make breadcrumbs, and combine with malted barley, yeast, hops and water in the brewing process. We sell it online and in selected stockists in London to raise money for Feedback.
