A Gose with cucumber, lime & black pepper by trade, it’s got plenty to recommend it. Pouring pale, amber gold and with salt, lime and a whisper of sour funk on the nose, a sip enlightens you with big, beautiful, and fresh cucumber licks. There’s plenty of lime in there too, with the gose saltiness mingling nicely with a lightly spicy, peppery finish. Fresh and reminiscent of a good cucumber laced G & T, this is a sophisticated beer which will have you in the mind of garden parties and cucumber sandwiches.
