Founded in 2004, Stewart Brewing is Edinburgh’s local, independent brewery which is based on three basic principles: to produce beers of the highest quality possible, to provide exceptional service to their customers and to have fun doing it. Over the years, they have continued to innovate and develop whilst upholding the traditional ethos of Edinburgh’s rich brewing history.  First World Problems pours deep straw with a huge off-white head and lots of lacing. The nose is an intriguing blend of New World hops and fruity/phenolic yeast esters from its unique Belgian yeast strain. The taste is medium to light-bodied, with an assertive bitterness. Hops dominate but fruit from the yeast can be picked up and the malt backbone is interesting with the addition of malted rye.
