Sori Brewing Hybrid Treats Vol.2: Belgian Waffle & Maple Syrup & Hazelnut

Sori has always had a love affair with Belgium, from its rich history of beer to its rich history of dessert. Inspired by a team favorite, we brewed this Imperial Pastry Stout to capture the flavour of warm, fluffy Belgian waffles drizzled in a lion’s share of sticky maple syrup and topped off with crumbled hazelnuts and a dusting of icing sugar.
