Marelica is a mixed fermentation ale brewed with barley, wheat and oats and aged in oak barrels. Aft ...er several months of barrel-aging with a mixed culture containing Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus, we added French apricot puree and let it age further before bottle conditioning. 75cl, 5.5% ABV
