Un radler diferente, original, color naranja intenso, turbia y con buen cuerpo. Esta cerveza es la Schofferhofer Hefeweizen de siempre mezclada al 50% con zumo de pomelo. Aroma a pomelo y trigro, gusto en la misma linea con algo de naranja, dulce. Una cerveza refrescante, me la suelo llevar de concierto si tengo que conducir por su bajo contenido en alcohol. Parece un zumo.
Se resume en una Radler, con la caracteristica de que en lugar de limon o lima, lleva pomelo. Al estar basada en la cerveza de trigo que tambien produce la marca, tiene un comportamiento interesante. El color es una de las cosas que mas llama la atencion, un naranja que se asemeja bastante al de cualquier refresco. La espuma es blanca, y a pesar de generarse en una cantidad considerable para el tipo de cerveza que es, desaparece relativamente rapido, solo dejando una fina capa. El sabor es como el de cualquier radler, pero con un leve amargor a causa del pomelo. Como curiosidad y para sustituir la tipica shandy en algun momento puntual, esta bien.
