Samuel Smith braut traditionell in der “Old Brewery” in Tadcaster, Yorkshires ältester Bauerei von 1758. Dabei werden noch die traditionellen Kupferkessel und handgefertigte Bierfässer verwendet. Die Fruchtbiere von Samuel Smith werden im eigenen Brewpub gebraut. Dort wird die traditionelle Dampfbraumethode zur Herstellung der Fruchtbiere angewendet. Alle Samuel Smith Biere werden ausschließlich mit echten natürlichen Zutaten gebraut, ohne chemische Zusätze, ohne künstliche Zuckerzusätze, ohne Farbstoffe, ohne künstliche Lebensmittelfarben, unfiltriert und unpasteurisiert.
