Ridgeway Bitter Gluten Free is an amber beer with a floral hop aroma with a hint of orange marmalade.Bittersweet in flavour with some hoppiness and a gentle orange sweetness. Drying, floral and hoppy. Brewed with a little used Boadicea variety of English hop, which is the only commercial strain which is naturally resistant to aphids and therefore doesn’t require spraying to rid of this common hop pest. Live bottle conditioned.A gluten free beer suitable for coeliacs.
