Nascida das experiências nas caves da família do António Lopes, o nome da marca foi inspirado pelo nome de família do fundador que significa "filho do lobo". Um técnico laboratorial que se transformou em cientista louco, o António começou com um único propósito - fazer a cerveja que ele gosta, e bem. Situada nas encostas do rio Douro na sossegada freguesia de Avintes, apenas a alguns minutos das famosas caves do vinho do Porto, a Lupum mantém-se fiel ao seu DNA selvagem: cervejas fortes com um toque especial para os aventureiros, um trabalho de amor com total quebra de protocolo perante as convencões.
