Joya adquirida en @vivalabirra_oviedo, no se ni por donde empezar. Elaborada con 15 tipos de lúpulo añadidos cada 15 minutos en la cocción. Color anaranjado turbio, abundante espuma cremosa con excelente comportamiento. Aroma a todo lo que una ipa pueder oler, predomina el pino y los citricos, también toques herbales y florales. En gusto, pino y resina por un tubo, naranja, pomelo y miel, en una sólida base de malta caramelo. Cuerpo cremoso. Normalmente estas cervezas pecan de dulces pero en ésta el lúpulo, la malta y el alcohol están totalmente armonizados. ¿La mejor Imperial Ipa que he probado en mi vida? A dia de hoy diría que SI.
Un cervezón en toda regla. Supercontundente y lupulada. Me encantan las cervezas que he probado de Port Brewing. Debe ser tremendo poder probarla superfresca!!!
