Riestra Sidra Natural is a traditional Spanish sidra from the Asturias region in Northern Spain. A traditional Asturian cider – this sidra natural is wild fermented (spontaneously fermented by ambient native yeasts), and bottled still (uncarbonated).
Sidra Natural is made with a blend of native Asturian apple varieties, plus a small amount of bitter varieties imported from Normandy which reduces the typical high acidity somewhat and features a modest tannic bite.
