Oude Geuze Boon Black Label ist die trockenste Gueuze, die wir je hergestellt haben. Die Kombination eines vollmundigen Geschmacks mit einem Fermentationsgrad von fast 100% war eine große Herausforderung. Diese Gueuze hat einen klaren goldenen Körper mit lebhafter Kohlensäure, ausgewogener Säure und Aromen von Grün Apfel und Grapefruit. Dies wird mit einem langen knochentrockenen Nachgeschmack abgerundet. Die für diese Mischung verwendeten Lambics sind 1, 2 und 3 Jahre auf Eichenfässern gereift. Gebraut in Lembeek, dem Dorf, das Lambic seinen Namen gab. „

Der Beginn der Brouwerij Boon ist aus heutiger Sicht auf J. B. Claes im Jahr 1680 zurückzuführen. Im 17. Jahrhundert wird in Lambeek angefangen Bier zu brauen. Im Jahr 1860 startete Louis Paul damit, die Prokutionsgebäude von der Familie Claes zu erwerben und begannn Labik und Faro Biere zu brauen. Seit 1875 wird Geuze-Lambic gebraut. Im laufe der Jahre gab es einige Betreiberwechsel, bis schlie0lich 1987 Frank Boon die Brauerei übernahm und sie in Brouwerij Boon umbenannte. Die Produktpalette reicht von Oude Geuze, Lambik, Faro bis zur Framboise und Duivels.
