El grano de café tostado es lo que dota de personalidad a la cerveza artesana Hitachino Nest Espresso StoutLa cervecera japonesa dota a su cerveza artesana Hitachino Nest Espresso Stout de una carbonatación tirando a alta. Gracias a los granos de café, su color es similiar al del chocolate oscuro, muy negro, lo que ya indica la profundidad de su sabor y la intensidad de su aroma. Además del potente sabor a café por los granos involucrados en su fabricación, a ello hay que añadirle la presencia de cvainilla, frutas y chocolate negro, que completan el complejo sabor de esta cerveza negra.
Esta cerveza artesana está formulada con agua, Maltas: Caremelo, negro tostado y chocolate.Por sus características, no se recomienda tomarla muy fría, más bien a 15º para poder sentir y notar las notas de su sabor. Contiene gluten y se recomienda degustar esta cerveza artesana en un vaso English Pint o en un Shaker.
