Backdrop is our new farmhouse ale brewed with buckwheat. By adding the buckwheat to the grist alongside the barley and wheat and aging for close to a year in oak, we ended up with a rustic and complex farmhouse ale completely different from the rest
our line up. Each blend is aged for months in oak wine barrels and then packed with whole fruit at over two pounds per gallon. This fruited beer is meant to be enjoyed fresh to experience the fruit used in its most elegant form. Less
