Ingresso lievemente maltato di grano, seguito da toni fruttati, alcune note agrumate, terrose ed un pizzico di piccantezza. Fresca, rinfrescante e dissetante con un retrogusto lievemente secco ed amaro molto piacevole.

Ridgeway’s Oxford Blue Gluten Free is a golden ale, designed to be enjoyed cold. Traditional Maris Otter malt is blended with a German style pilsener malt. We use the same hop variety grown in two regions of the world… The English Fuggle and Styrian Golding are genetically identical yet smell and brew totally differently. When you use them together it’s interesting. This is the source of the characteristic aroma which reminds faintly of French Muscadet wines. Live bottle conditioned.A gluten free beer suitable for coeliacs.
