Una volta lavorate e denocciolate a mano, le nettarine vengono aggiunte al French Oak Foeder e riempite con una miscela di birra di proprietà fermentata in rovere di 18-24 mesi. Dopo l’invecchiamento di un anno, vengono aggiunte altre 2 tonnellate di purea di nettarina fresca da Wawona Farms al serbatoio e la si lascia riposare per altri 6 mesi. Questo lotto di Nec Bones è il più fruttato mai prodotto!
