Hong Kong Beer Co. Mai Po 2023 Version 1: Bourbon And Rye Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

Mai Po No. 1 (Vintage 2023) is our Imperial Stout that has been barrel-aged in Bourbon (80%) and Rye Whiskey (20%) Barrels. It has rich roasted coffee and chocolate flavours with notes of brandied cherries, chestnuts, and caramel. When stored at a constant temperature of 4 to 8 degrees Celsius, Mai Po may be enjoyed for years to come and collected for vertical tastings with other Mai Po vintages and variants.
