A dry, fresh, bittersweet cider blended from Harry Masters Jersey, Stoke Red, Bisquet, Yarlington Mill, Browns Apple, Dabinett, Le Bret, Dove, Egremont Russet and Sweet Coppin. Fermented in stainless steel with 25% of the total matured
old oak casks. Extended bottle maturation. The nose has beehive, flowers and orchard floor. On the palate this is light with fresh acid character, astringent tannin and a long finish. Drink at room temperature with roast chicken, grilled quail or buttery pasta.
