Featuring a four way split of South Pacific titan Nelson Sauvin, along with a trio of Stateside slammers in Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Mosaic all utilised in equal doses, this is a pale ale positively bursting with intense flavour and aroma profiles; wearing all the get up of an IPA but still smashable in pints. Expect to find a whole host of super-ripe tangerine, berry, bubblegum and pineapple backed up with sweaty stonefruit and freshly crushed gooseberries, balanced out with a resinous piney bitterness to keep things in check.
