think, primarily used by the cosmetics industry for its rich Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids. This particular batch was sourced from Siberia, with a level of acidity so intense it could nearly freeze facial expressions.
The brewing process, however, presented significant challenges. The high fatty acid content of the fruit rendered it insoluble, leaving half the tank overly sour and the other half just base beer. After overcoming the solubility issues, the stubborn blend was finally perfected. The resulting brew, with its citrus-like fruit quality, was worth the effort, making the struggles of production a distant memory.
