Description Thornborough Cider is pressed in small batches on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Our brut cider contains a blend of locally-sourced dessert apples, juiced at the peak of ripeness. It is slowly fermented with wild yeasts through the Yorkshire
then matured for a year in stainless steel with a final fermentation in the bottle. We use the traditional techniques of riddling and disgorging to remove the sediment before topping up with single variety Dabinett cider for balance and structure.
