Náš styl vaření piva byl vždy o riskování. Je to rozšíření naší mentality „co kdyby“, kdy se ptáme sami sebe, co by se stalo, kdybychom ve varně dělali věci jinak, jako je kvašení s jiným kmenem kvasinek nebo v případě tohoto piva zakomponování celolistové zeleně. čaj dovážený z Japonska. Odpověď, která byla ztělesněna v této IPA, když jsme ji poprvé vydali v roce 2011, bylo něco skutečně velkolepého, lahodného a stojí za to znovu uvařit. Ale co kdybychom to trochu změnili? Tentokrát jsme vyměnili chmel Pacifica z Nového Zélandu za chmel Helga z Austrálie. Výsledkem je IPA, která je stejně jasná, bylinná a kousavě chmelová jako ta, u které naši fanoušci žádají její návrat od doby, kdy se vyčerpala na pultech obchodů, ale s moderním, chmelovým obratem, díky kterému je tento druhý koncept jedinečný a chutný ve svém vlastní právo.

The answer, embodied in this IPA when we first released it in 2011, was something truly magnificent, delicious and well worth brewing again. But what if we changed it up a bit? This time around, we exchanged Pacifica hops from New Zealand for Helga hops from Australia. The result is an IPA that’s as bright, herbaceous and bitingly hoppy as the one that’s had our fans requesting its return ever since its depletion from store shelves, but with a modern, hop-driven twist that makes this second draft unique and tasty in its own right.

Nem feltétlenül kétszer annyi van benne, mint ahogyan a névadásból lehetne következtetni, de lényegesebben több. Ez a malátatest magasabb alkoholt eredményez, enyhén édesebb felhangot, ezáltal a komlókat is bátrabban lehet használni, hogy helyére billenjen az egyensúly, így kapva még intenzívebb íz és illatélményt.
