Saint Mars Of The Desert - Rotkäppchen - 5% (440ml) - Ghost Whale

This is a Rotbier (red beer) style Lager. This style of lager is brewed with a specially roasted malt, in our case Red X from Best Maltings in Heidelberg, Germany. Ours was lagered slowly for 7 weeks. The result is a stunning red lager with a very pale tan foamy head.
