We humble folk here at Polly’s HQ - something that has been drilled into us since day one is to never allow ourselves to get swept up in the hype of what we do. There’s always something that can be tweaked, a newer hop that we can use, a change
technique that can make our beers better. Our beers have been on a journey since those first Loka Polly beers of late 2017 and early 2018; from a little rough around the edges and scrappy to where we find them today inching closer to those levels of perfection we strive for every time we fire up the brewkit. With a three way dance of the freshest crops of El Dorado, Simcoe, and Strata, From Average to Perfect is a prime example of the beers we knew we wanted to brew when we were starry eyed and bushy tailed newbies to the game. Big brash notes of passionfruit, jelly tots, pineapple and just a hint of thick marijuana smoke make this a perfect example of a Polly’s pale ale. Less
