couple of more years and Damian brews some of the best imperial stouts we’ve had. The beer we brewed together is loosely based on one of them called DENGARs DAMSON STOUT. UK malts and continuously brewed over 48 hours. Double mashed into our oversized mash tun at the church and boiled for over 5 hour, yielding an unbelievably thick and rich body.
