Description Tom Oliver’s Yarlington Mill Cider with added Batonnage stirring: A serious, food friendly and complex natural cider. Tom Oliver has crafted his Yarlington Mill from 90% Yarlington Mill apples and 10% Foxwhelp. It is then matured in speyside whisky oak barrels for 18 months leaving it equally fruity, smokey, spicy and sweet. During the aging process the lees that naturally falls to the bottom has been stirred up in a process known as batonnage. It brings an even more intense Yarlington Mill flavour – loads of orange pith and clove spice and that glorious touch of sweetness. These ciders should be drunk like wines, with a large glass and some cheese or pork dish or savoury snack of your choosing.
