Imperial Stout brewed with barley, hops, yeast and water – none of the super-sweet adjuncts that Omnipollo are famous for – and yet it provided a full mouthfeel and a huge amount of flavour.
“Henok from Omnipollo came up here to brew, and we decided to draw inspiration from both our Plain Dark Beer and their big and mad imperial pastry stouts. The result is a big, thick imperial “pastry” stout, but with no pastry. Hence, we call it a zero adjunct pastry stout.”
