In 2023, Ravi layered in another element Bacchus grape skins from a biodynamic vineyard in Kent. The ciderkin spent two months soaking up subtle aromatics and structure from the grapes. Finally, to lift the whole thing, a handful of locally foraged elderflower was added, bringing gentle floral notes and a hint of brightness. Bottled in June and conditioned with fresh apple juice, BOWERKIN is light, refreshing, and easy to drink at just 2.0% ABV.
