Jarošovský Jura is a typical example of a Bohemian lager from the “Moravian Slovakia” region, located in south east Czech Republic, near the Slovakian border.
It is brewed traditionally from local ingredients, employing decoction,
fermentation and long maturation in cellars at temperatures just below 1°C.
Unusually for Czech brewing, this is a single hopped beer, employing only the famous medium red Saaz hops. This together with triple hopping grants the beer a delicate bitterness that fades gently from the palate.
