This is Dookit’s third year using these Glasgow grown hops. After the wash out of the summer the lupulin was still luminous and smelt of freshly cut grapefruits. As they are wet hops the grapefruit flavour does not strongly come through. Expect more of a greenness: brambly hedgerow notes and modestly herbaceous.
