Amber is made using leftover artisan bloomer loaves from Chalk Hills Bakery in Reigate.
Based on a Vienna Lager recipe, cold filtered and conditioned but fermented with an ale yeast it’s a true hybrid of lager and ale. You could say it’s the ‘best of both’ of the beer world.
