With the cooler evenings and the promise of huddling around a roaring fire in a pub now not too far away at all, Pollys wanted to brew to the season and Captivated Over was their riposte to seeing our breath hanging on the air. A modern hoppy Amber beer, generously hopped with Stateside classics Citra and Cascade for a hoppy bite of clean citrus flavours, backed up with floral notes that cut through the sweet biscuit notes of the malt base.
