Boon Framboise is a blend of old and young lambics with added raspberries. It pours with a high-rise, pink fluffy head. Though obviously full of raspberries, the nose isn’t sweet. A sherberty character is in the forefront, along with
characteristic sour lambic smell and a tart raspberry hint. On the palate though, the raspberries almost taste fresh, and the faintest impression of wheat character. Boon Framboise is clean in the finish, leaving a gentle fizz and a hint of tartness.
