The return of an old favourite ! Brewed with extra pale malt and oats we then fermented this IPA using a strain of the Norwegian farmhouse yeast, Kviek. Producing funky citrus esters which work in harmony with the classic dry hop of Citra and Mosaic.
A tropical farmhouse IPA and our first beer fermented with Kviek yeast. Dry hopped with Citra and Mo ...saic, it has big flavours of 5 Alive juice, passion fruit and citrus sherbet.
