This beer is a blend of five barrels filled in April 2023 fermented with Saison yest, Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. Dry hopped with 6G/L Ernest and Goldings grown in Kent.
Zesty citrus fills the palate with vinous crispness, followed by the peachy
