the centre of the resistance of the Norman invasion and to this day, legend has it that he waits quietly in the woods ready to lead the Wild Hunt into battle to protect his land should it ever need defending.
A hint of spice is enveloped in a tangy acidity, tempered by a pleasing bitterness. Pairs beautifully with organic mild blue cheese or a rich beef stew. 750ml. 6.8%.
