We hebben een blend gemaakt van twee Imperial Stouts uit onze Barrel Room. We hebben een imperial stout van meer dan 2 jaar (28 maanden) gerijpt in Buffalo Trace pastry vaten gecombineerd met een double mash stout van bijna een jaar (10 maanden) gerijpt in Jim Beam en Wild Turkey vaten. Beide bieren zijn intens, sterk en dik. In het ene bier gebruikten we een enorme hoeveelheid mout en een lange kooktijd om een hoog extract te bereiken, terwijl we in het andere bier de ‘double mash’ techniek of dubbel maischen gebruikten. Oba te trunki wyróżniają się intensywnością, mocą i gęstością. Pierwszy z nich powstał dzięki użyciu ogromnej ilości słodów i długiemu procesowi gotowania, co zaowocowało wysokim ekstraktem. Drugi z kolei został poddany technice „double mash,” czyli podwójnego zacierania, co dodatkowo podkreśla jego wyjątkowy charakter.
Po dwóch latach leżakowania w beczkach, piwa nasycone są nutami wanilii, dębu i szlachetnego alkoholu. Te elementy tworzą harmonijną mieszankę z delikatniejszymi nutami kokosa i bourbonu, które pochodzą od krócej leżakowanego stouta. Wersja z dodatkiem aromatu masła orzechowego, wanilii oraz czekolady to prawdziwa uczta dla zmysłów. Hemos preparado un coupage de dos Imperial Stout de nuestra Barrel Room. Combinamos una cerveza negra imperial envejecida durante más de 2 años (28 meses) en barricas de pastelería Buffalo Trace con una cerveza negra de doble macerado envejecida durante casi un año (10 meses) en barricas de Jim Beam y Wild Turkey. Ambas cervezas son intensas, fuertes y espesas, en una de ellas utilizamos una gran cantidad de maltas y una larga cocción para obtener un alto extracto, mientras que en la otra utilizamos la técnica del “doble macerado”. Versión con aroma de mantequilla de maní, vainilla y chocolate.
