Cerveza ipa artesana elaborada por la marca de cerveza Polly´s que nos presenta esta cerveza de buena calidad con una apariencia super super turbia de las que no dejan pasar ni un atisbo de luz.
Color anaranjado y corona de espuma blanca de persistencia media que van a dejarte paso a una textura en boca tan cremosa que parece que se puede masticar.
Pollys en esta ocasión nos desvela una técnica muy interesante en la que se añaden tres tipos de lúpulos en tres momentos distintos aportando todo el protagonismo en cada uno de ellos, utilizando Idaho 7 en grandes proporciones, Mosaic en proporción media y El Dorado en proporción más pequeña.
El resultado es un zumo de piña muy interesante y sobre todo peligrosamente muy fácil de beber.
